Zaks looked around the city, her eyes taking in everything as she watched the humans all Gawk at her down below her. She was standing on a podium that the humans had provided for her so that she could make an announcement for all there to hear. It was slightly more awkward to speak to the humans then it was the Saiyans back home. Saiyans were more along her line of thinking warriors and would not only worry about what their own concerns were. They would not try to twist her words and for the first time she truly understood the average Saiyans urge to blast humans instead of talking to them.
Looking around she took a deep breath before leaning into the microphone to speak. She was absolutely sure she was about to piss them all off as she was gonna hold them accountable for their actions. “” Most of you know that Planet Vegeta until recently was part of the USD. The very USD that this world funds is very heavily and it is one of the leading players in the organization. Well this very USD Did not treat us kindly at all”” with that accusation she stopped talking for just a moment as she studied all of them and waited for them to process what that meant. She could easily see that many of them looked spooked suddenly and several of the human guards around her looked down right terrified. “” So after being used to Conquer worlds in the name of Peace. After being sent to the front lines for the USD constantly in the most war torn worlds and to receive almost no aid for our planet for this. We have decided to Become the new Saiyan empire. From now on we will no longer owe any Allegiance to anyone!””
Now several people in the crowd were outright speaking to those around them in fear as they all began to wonder what the Saiyans were gonna do now. Invade their world and take control of it for the past actions of USD. With a slight cough from the Saiyan queen all their eyes turned back to her in deep anticipation. “” We will not solely blame Earth for the actions of the USD and will talk more with your leaders…to see how our relationship goes in the future. “” with that short speech that would leave everyone trying to get her attention she would turn and rocket off back to the landing site of her ship to escape the worms of the reporters that would scream their questions to her. She knew for sure that she would be all over the TV within just a few short minutes and she knew tomorrow was the time she was gonna meet with the earth's government and decide on their future with each other.
Arriving at the landing site she found the Saiyans that had accompanied her were not there and she had the area all to herself thankfully. It would be nice to be able to relax and just practice her magic as she had recently not been using it at all. It was not long before she had created a beautiful light show for everyone to see if they were nearby. The lights slowly raised into the sky making an assortment of colors that would slowly fall to the ground and instantly transform into flowers of fire. The fire could not burn anything but exhibited every other quality of fires light Except its heat. The queen paid little mind to her surroundings as she practiced and was soon completely swept up in the whole ordeal. It was nice to leave the humans hanging on what their future was gonna be just like they had done to the Saiyan people.

After her crash landing in Bamboo Forest and meeting up with the likes of Flare, Majin Moire had decided to do some traveling and explore what Earth has to offer for her and to potentially find anything that could jog her previous memories. Each one she recalls pains her, but she's determined as ever to bring it all back together, even if she doesn't like what she will remember. Her journey of remembrance takes her further north of the continent over towards one of the major cities, North City, where there had apparently been some commotion going on over there. People shared little detail, but there was something about saiyans visiting the planet, or something like that. Why would it be so hostile, exactly? Have things changed since the century she's been trapped?
There were some mentions of some organization called the USD as well as some sort of saiyan empire, but she wasn't able to get anything concrete, and her curiosity was getting the better of her. As such, North City seemed so appealing to Moire for her to travel around and see what she can find over there. If she can't find anything there, at least there might be some people she can meet and greet. Flare was a nice introduction to the populace of the planet, but how do the rest of the denizens fair?
Her attention as she walked through the streets out in the open was grabbed when she heard some sort of booming sound about a few blocks down, people on the sidewalk murmuring about some speech someone had made earlier, though unfortunately Moire was a tad too late to catch it. What she was able to catch, however, were those sounds, and eventually as she turns the corner, the sight of magical flames being used. Whoever was doing this, they were magical just like her. If anybody can give Moire some sort of direction, it would likely be that person.
The majin begins to levitate off of the ground before slowly flying over towards the spot, which appears to be some landing bay with a ship and another woman, who appears to be the one who is conjuring up all of those flames from thin air. Moire begins her descent as she asks, "Excuse me madam, but I couldn't help but notice your fire display. You are a practitioner of magic? If so, why here in the city of all places? Also, have you heard anything about what the saiyan monarch said? I was a tad too late to listen in."

Zaks focused on her false flame as she kept the mana channeling into the spell. Flame was easier then a false flame as a real flame consumed everything it touched feeding itself. A false flame on the other hand could not feed itself so it was kept alive only by the casters constant stream of Mana. Thus a perfect training method that didn't involve to much risk in order to advance ones understanding and concentration of magical energies.
But she almost turned the flames very real when a voice broke through her fixation and several things happened as once. No longer with tunnel vision she jumped and looked up at the Majin and let the flames dissipate. She could suddenly sense her power level and frankly it was to the benefit of the strange Majin as her first instinct was to blast her. She might not like to admit it but liari had left a bad mark in her mind vs Majin. Thankfully thus one was not nearly as powerful as liari and that realization made her hesitate long enough to hear her question.
The Majin seemed to be attracted to her display of magic and questions regarding her speech. After a moment of study Of the Majin Zaks spoke carefully, still wary of the new Majin that stood before her. "" Yes, I study and use Magic that is passed down by my tribe called lunar Magic. I practice it here in the city since I have other endeavors here and this use of magic can help me relax."" She approached the Majin slowly and held out her hand for greeting or handshake"" Hello my name is Zaks and I am also the queen of the Saiyans. I would assume that you don't know the history of the USD and the Saiyans? Well generally it's bad news and earth or this world supports them. I am trying to make sure that they know we are free now and that they have a chance to repair our relationship. Mind if I ask what brings you to earth?"

Apparently the stranger was deep in concentration when Moire arrived, as it looked like she jumped a bit from her seemingly sudden appearance. She couldn't quite describe the look on her face, though she got a bit of a feeling that she was most certainly a bit startled and even a bit hostile before she took a closer look at who the stranger herself is dealing with. Once she started asking questions, however, the stranger became a bit more relaxed, and decides to tell her just a bit about her own magical powers, explaining that she uses Lunar magic and that she's doing it here in the city because it's convenient due to her other business, whatever that might've been. "Lunar Magic? I don't believe I'm quite familiar with such magic? Then again, there are plenty of gaps in my knowledge still, but that's a different story," Moire comments, rubbing her chin in thought as the lady approaches her.
As she got closer Moire takes a good long look over the woman standing before her. Perhaps the first and most obvious thing that stands out is her sheer size, standing at what feels like two whole feet above her. The pale skin an black spiky hair certainly acted wonders as contrasts to each other, but it was the tail she possessed that clued Moire in on just what she was. The saiyan extends her hand outward and introduces herself as Zaks, the one and only Queen of the saiyans. She presumes the majin didn't know much about the current conflict between the saiyans and the USD, and gives a bit of a brief history beteween the two, a history that was completely foreign in the majin's mind. Even for many other subjects that she couldn't fully grasp thanks to her current lack of memory, she at least had some patches of knowledge regarding them. This, however, was all brand new information for her.
"I... I don't recall a USD. Have they been made within, say, the last one hundred years or so? I fear that I was asleep before all of that. But regardless of that little fact, I am Majin Moire, or you can just stick with Moire." The majin then grabs hold of the saiyan queen's hand and gives it a firm grip, or at least as firm of a grip as she can given how much stronger she was compared to Moire and the majin's own malleable hand. "I do believe that I've only arrived here days ago. See, I've been trapped inside of a magically sealed pod and have been hurtling through space for a century. Wasn't really my decision to land on Earth, and when I did I lost most of my memory, but luckily for me my good friend Flare was able to get me out and even got me back up and running. Shame you can't meet her since she's around. She's a bit brash, but I swear she's a nice gal."

Zaks watched Majin with an interest as she tried to see the similarities between her and Liari. She also tried to notice the differences as well and it was amazing what she saw from the Majin. Just in a few minutes she could see this one was far more intelligent or at least a thinker and much less compulsive. She also still exhibited a feeling of danger but not openly the way Liari did. It was more of a smoldering embers hidden from plain sight and if you were the target the surprise burst of flames would consume you. Also she was purple and she was not a giant monster looking thing. No this being had.. class? Yes this woman had class and a grace that made her not seem like a monster or even alien despite her species.
Zaks smiled at the woman's confusion of the source of lunar magic and decided to elaborate. "" Lunar magic comes from the Saint Luna of Vegeta. She was a mate of the titan that challenged the gods. She was the one that taught my tribe the magic. It's focus is gravity and light control though it's much more than that."" What Zaks dident say was that she was the Child of the Saint and her forborer. Zaks also knew it had a bit of power with creation but not life or living creatures.
The woman accepted her hand shake and gave a firm grip back to the Queen's hand and didn't show her any fear. Zaks like it when people weren't afraid of her as it showed they more likely would be honest with her. "" The USDs full age I don't know but I would say they came to power in the last 100 years for sure. But short story the are a hidden organization that pretends they do things for the good of all. But they tend to be a shadow organization that enslaved the saiyans for a time and anyone that resists them. The planet trade organization has been the only one before the empire to resist them."
Taking a step back the queen crossed her arms as she listened to the majins tale. A pod traveling through space? Was that how all majins arrived on planets? If so , how many more were put there? It was something she would have to look into.
"She sounds like a good person if she helped someone she didn't even know.If you don't mind me asking what are your goals? I ask out of curiosity. I know you said you lost your memory and I am sure you wish to Regain it. But to clarify, is there anything else?

Moire held her tongue as Zaks gives an explanation as to what sort of magic she practices, with its origins lying with someone by the name of Saint Luna. It was quite an interesting tale indeed, what with the war between titans and gods, though strangely enough she hasn't even heard of them. There have been times where she has a sense of familiarity with something despite the gaps in her memory, leading her to believe that she does know more about that certain subject and that it's just lost somewhere in her mind. No, she had no idea what these titans were in the first place, only intriguing her more. "A fascinating tale, one that's unlike anything I've heard about from the saiyans. I may have gaps in my memory, but I'm certainly not too familiar with a saiyan's gift for magic. It must certainly be quite special then."
The two would give each other a firm handshake as the queen explains what's been happening for the time Moire's been fast asleep, explaining that the USD has appeared noble on the surface. In reality, they're responsible for the enslavement of the saiyans, and another organization called the Planet Trade Organization has been one of the only forces to oppose them. "Oh dear," Moire comments, "Well I can see why you would want to separate your people from the USD, but perhaps I should ask why you would want to repair the relationship? If they've caused you such great harm through enslavement, then why seek peace? Is this a of way to claim the moral high ground above them? Do they provide useful services still?"
Zaks was still very much curious as to what it is that Moire plans on doing here on earth, all while complimenting Flare's good deed. "Oh yes, I do hope you get to meet her some day. She's human, about a head shorter than me, got short red hair, dark skin and... well, very well built..." Try as she might, the majin still couldn't get through her description without blushing just a bit. She shakes her head a bit before trying to get back to the conversation at hand. "R-right, goals. Well, the memories aren't the only thing. I don't know if I'll ever reclaim them, but I intend on making brand new ones. I intend on exploring earth and, maybe, the galaxy, living through the various different cultures of the people of these planets. I want to see what everyone has to offer. I'm also looking to get stronger as well, and Flare's been a real good sparring partner for me, too. I've even been teaching her a bit of magic on the side."

Zake was only too happy to talk about the lunar tribe's magic with the Majin as she seemed genuinely interested in it. Honestly she had not met any pure blooded saiyans that were interested in magic much less gifted in the art."" The truth is while a Saiyan created the first of the magic it was actually my sire that forced the saintess Luna to learn. Or I should say gave her reason to by refusing her until she learned it. But the magic itself is closer to demon magic purified by the lunar cycles. ""
Zaks smiled softly at moirs mistake about earth and the USD. She thought about what she was gonna day for a moment before speaking and wondered why she always had a hard time with this topic. "" Well truthfully it doesn't want friends with the USD but instead with earth. Earth is a major supporter of the USD but mostly since they believe the propaganda of the USD. If I can convince earth to leave the USD then I benefit from it and even more so if I can form some sort of alliance with them.""
Zaks smiled as she watched the Majin explain about her friend and Zaks had been around for a long time. She was pretty sure the Majin was crushing hard on this flare and from her description she sounded appealing even if Zaks got a human. "" sounds like you got yourself a looker for sure"" She couldn't help but tease Majin a little bit and the distraction from training.
As the Majin explained her lack of memories again it reminded her of her own faulty programmed memories. She recently learned she should have been born with a huge set of memories but unfortunately her early awakening ruined it."" I can understand making new memories and recommend it. Hmm maybe this sparring partner wouldn't mind dropping by together with you. I wouldn't mind sparring with a new partner.""

Moire was completely enraptured by the little history lesson involving the origins of this Lunar Magic, making a part of her want to learn about conducting such magic. Another part of her, though, presumes that it would probably be best for Zaks to keep this magic among her own kind, and besides, she has plenty of her own magic. It's just that there's one part of her brain that just can't help learning all she can about magic, whether it be relevant to her own magic or something unique. "Demonic magic that has been purified by lunar cycles... Part of me wonders why many other saiyans haven't taken up this opportunity to learn about it," she ponders, "Would it be because of the culture, or is it rather because many lack the capability of such magic?"
Soon Moire finally begins to learn about what exactly brings Zaks to Earth, that being the fact that Earth and the USD are tied to each other as the planet still believes in the USD's propaganda, though of course the majin doesn't have a clue as to what this sort of propaganda is. Given the queen's distaste for the organization, however, there's likely some propaganda for her to find if the majin ever did do enough digging. "Might take some time if they're so tied to each other," Moire mentions as she rubs her chin, "That, or one would have to demonstrate it by force. Not entirely sure how effective something like that would be in terms of convincing the general populace, but it would root out the main concern for the empire. You'd have to be very careful to... Oh, I've let my mouth run off for a bit. You're the queen, after all. You'll know what to do."
Moire practically sealed her fate to be teased after letting her own vain affection let loose as Zaks points out how she managed to land a 'looker.' Honestly, she just really cared about the person that pulled her out of the crater she made when she landed, but it didn't hurt that Flare was quite attractive to her. She turns her head for a bit out of brief embarrassment. Moire's attention returns to the queen as she mentions potentially bringing Flare over to meet with the queen someday, which would be quite exciting, especially since Flare's always been looking for ways to improve herself. What better way to do so than to practice against the queen of a warrior race? "Truly? Why, that would be a wonderful arrangement. I'd have to figure out a sort of date for that, though. Flare has a tendency to be a bit busy with her line of work."

Zaks listened to the Majins pondering and smiled to herself. While a regular Saiyan could use the lunar magic it was highly unlikely for them to do so. "" it is probably more along the line that the moon is not normally available for them to learn from it.The shell of my birth has artificial moonlight embedded throughout it like little moons that light it up the dark caves.""
It was becoming amusing to watch moire think outlook to herself or muse to Zaks about her ideas. The Saiyans as a race listened to her orders easily enough but few unless directly asked gave her their thoughts freely. Even more of them were too used to how things used to run before she took over and told her what they thought she wanted to hear. So the Manjins candid replies with little regard to what was Said or until afterwards was a breath of fresh air for the queen. "" It will take years but I don't mind the wait and have no intention of making a use of force. No, I want something new for the Saiyans other than being mindless destroyers. I also want others to see them as something different as well.""
The Majins blush was all that Zaks needed to see for her to smile. Zaks never had a true romantic relationship before but during her long life span amongst the Luna tribe she had seen plenty of them. No matter how old she got she loved watching the romances develop and see where it all headed to."" Drop by anytime with her and I'll make time for you both. It's not like humans don't miss meetings with me all the time. It would be nice to do it back to them." She knew it was a childish emotion to be annoyed by that but she figured they deserved it.

Moire was rather curious about why saiyans weren't exactly particularly interested in learning something like Lunar Magic, but Zaks is able to clear things up a bit and mention why it is that it's more obscure amidst the populace. The queen explains that the moon isn't normally available for people to learn considering how it moves so often, and mentions that it works for her since she has artificial moonlight embedded in her, which is certainly quite strange to hear. How is one embedded in artificial moonlight? Is she referring to being impacted by saiyan-made blutz waves, or is this something different? "How did this artificial moonlight come to be, and how was it embedded within you?" the majin questions, rubbing her chin as she ponders.
In regards to relations with the USD, the queen admits that it will take quite some time, time that she can apparently afford herself. Moire knows that she can afford as much time as possible given her own biology, but what of Zaks? Has part of her demon ancestry given her extended life? It certainly would make sense, but Moire doesn't have much time to reflect on that one particular part as the queen explains her desires for the saiyans to be something apart from being known as bloodthirsty combatants, a rather ambitious goal. "Quite the goal to achieve, Queen Zaks," Moire begins, "I certainly hope that you have plenty of time to see this done. I know little about the true culture of the saiyans, for I have not lived among them myself, but what I do know is that changing perspective is going to be a challenge, a challenge that will take much time. But, if it's any consolation, I think it's wonderful speaking to a saiyan such as yourself. You certainly don't strike me as a mindless destroyer, and neither do your people strike me as such. Perhaps I'll come visit Vegeta someday, but I still have business on Earth."
With that out of the way, it appears as if Zaks couldn't help but notice Moire's weakness for the Flare she has already grown a soft spot for, even offering to meet with both her and Flare sometime to chat. Moire couldn't help but beam a smile at the queen and almost immediately reply, "Oh, that would be lovely, Queen Zaks, truly generous to offer your time to us. I'll be sure to tell Flare all about you, and I'll keep in touch with you... Actually, how do I keep touch with you?" Moire never really quite got to that part, and the majin was left brushing her hand through her tendrils, wondering just what to do now.

Zaks watched Majin think heavily about the subject of magic they were discussing and found herself admiring how she was so curious about something. An eagerness that most Saiyans could not hope to match much less beat. The only person she could ever discuss it with was May or Maya and one of those was off on another planet. Recently all she had to do was discuss politics,train, and engage in stupid debates with earth leaders."" I am not sure how to be honest. It has something to do with my sire creating me In a moonlight night. I am not sure of the magic he used but it was meant to bring out the power of my Saiyan blood. Ohh I am sorry I got a little bit too much into talking. If you haven't guessed already by the pointy ear I am not a full blooded Saiyan. My other half from what little I know are a group of demons called titans. They fought the Kai's a long time ago and lost. I know a few of us are still lingering around like my brother.""
The majins honest appraisal of goals was also slightly refreshing as it held hope in it but also seemed to understand the magnitude of her task. And if she was not lying to herself a task that would most likely take several normal lifespans."" Hmm right now they are not the most peaceful to be honest though it's there inside of them. They still hold that need to fight and I am building outlets for that that doesn't involve mass murder or death. Many think I am being foolish here on earth and just want to invade but I think it's not needed.""
Zaks couldn't help but wonder something as she watched moire blush at the mention of flare. What would it be like to actually like someone more than just a passing Acquaintance. Sure there were several individuals that she liked and maybe hoped she could pursue something with them later. But no one ever caught her eye in a way to make the Titan stay around enough for more than a few meetings. But she had seen it happening around her several times and the thought always made her smile warmly. "" I can't wait for you guys to drop by. It is Exciting to talk to someone about something other than fighting or politics. As for how to get a hold of me. If you're on earth you can ask a Saiyan at the empire's embassy here or I am working on a technique I hope will allow me to talk to others at a distance. But that's still a work in progress. Of it's on vegeta I would ask for me at the imperial palace.""

Moire was still very much listening to every word that Zaks had to share regarding the origins of lunar magic, the queen diving in to the phenomenon for why so few other saiyans seem particularly interested in the subject. She explains that it likely has something to do with her particular creation that made her eligible for the magic in the first place, mentioning that she isn't exactly a full blooded saiyan herself. Given her ludicrous height and pointed ears, that much was certainly apparent, but to hear that her other part of her identity being that of a titan... She hasn't heard of such a species before, but they seem very much magical in nature... and tall. When she briefly mentioned the kais, however, Moire suddenly grew more sullen, remaining silent as she glared right at the queen. "Dont... say that name..." Moire demanded, her tone becoming far more venomous than anything before. It still was a mystery why she despised hearing anything about the kais whatsoever, but each time she heard from them something... changes within her.
Moire blinks a few times and has a bit of a shocked expression on her face, apologizing, "Did... Did I just... I'm so sorry for my rudeness. Please, continue." She holds a hand close to her collarbone and slowly breathes in and out to regain her composure, going back to just listening to the queen's words. The queen had come here to make peace with the USD, not bring forth destruction, and it was quite the admirable goal for her to possess. "It is quite a lovely little goal to achieve, though frankly I'm not an expert in galactic politics. I did only wake up about a week or so ago, after all," she mentions, "Still, I would imagine one would be a fool to deny one's freedom when they've done nothing wrong, so I don't entirely understand the goals of this USD and why they seem rather... stubborn."
Zaks goes over how Moire can get in contact with her, mostly mentioning the saiyan embassy stationed here on Earth, though she also mentions that she's developing her own technique for long distance communication. The majin believes that she knows what the queen is referring to, and even recalls using it herself, though if she had used the technique before it's sealed somewhere in her memories. Zaks was a little shocked about their little talk when the Majin demeanor changed drastically at the mention Of the Kais. The Majins' voice left little to interpretation at the noticeable anger that dripped from her demand not to speak of them again. The Queen of the Saiyans only raised one eyebrow even when the Majin started to apologize about her actions. While she merely nodded her head in acceptance, Zak's internal thoughts were much different. She knew her brother hated the Kai’s and some were in her own instincts she did as well but what was her story? What caused the seemingly almost scholar-like and level headed Majin to become angry at the mere name of so called gods? There was also the look of confusion that had crossed her face before the Embarrassment and apologies started as well. Did she even know why she was angry at their name? Or was it all an act to throw Zaks off guard? Well if it was it had worked to at least a partial success. Whatever the reason was it was not an act that the Majin needed to take several moments to get her control back in order.
The change of topics was a welcome one for Zaks as her current thoughts would lead to nothing but guessing about what the Majin was about. So when she mentioned the current climate of Stats with the USD Zaks would smile slightly and give a slight huff in annoyance. She could not blame the Majin for not understanding as many people did not understand the entire situation for the most part. Not that the Majin was to blame in the slightest for her not understanding in the slightest. “” It would depend on who you asked as to why they would want to restrict Saiyan movement. First off we are much stronger than humans and that in itself poses a problem to the general population. To be honest the Fear they feel of us can be justified as we have destroyed entire worlds”” After a brief pause and deep sigh from the Queen”” Even a few Saiyans wiped out a city of earth when they changed into the great apes. Although the people very quickly forget that it was Saiyans that rose up and fought for them to defend them from Liari and her Rampage. As for the USD… they pretty much want to control us for the Same reason…and they also used the Saiyans in their own conflicts. We have done their dirty work in the past and now we won't do it anymore. “” Zaks left it unsaid that most people with power and control hated giving it up . Even Zaks didn't like to and she knew better than most with her age that it was often necessary.”” Anyway those are my thoughts on it anyway. Regardless of their reasons it is not in the best interest of the Galaxy at large to have the Saiyans the way they were. To push it further it is not what is best for the Saiyans for them to be controlled that way.
A smile crossed the Saiyan Queen's face at the thought that the Majin would possibly visit again and they could talk again. Zaks had met many people but not so many would openly speak to her in the free manner the Majin did and it was very Refreshing for her. “” I hope you visit again soon. As it stands more time then I thought has passed and i due for another lecture oops… I mean negotiations with Earth Representatives. I hope to catch you around again Moire”” reaching out she held her hand out to shake before she turned to leave heading to the City center

Moire had desperately hoped that Queen Zaks wouldn't be too disturbed by her outburst of fury towards the kais, but thankfully she doesn't pry into that sort of talk. It's especially thankful since, well, even Moire didn't know why she had such a vitriolic hatred of them. It was one of the things that she remembers absolutely despising, one of the few pieces of her memory that had stuck with her, and yet it left no reasons behind for the hatred, either. Rather, the conversation shifts back over to the whole discussion and controversy between the saiyans and USD, and Zaks was able to enlighten the majin a bit more on the conflict between the two, as well as shine a light on a potential motivation for why they would take such drastic actions against the saiyan people. It's something Moire might never quite understand, but she's more than willing to listen to Zaks' words on the subject.
At the mention of a small group of saiyans bringing down a city, Moire couldn't help but widen her eyes a bit in shock, already questioning why these saiyans would do something like that. Of course, some also came to defend against Liari's attacks, though it doesn't necessarily erase those particular saiyans' ledgers, especially with what they've done. Still, it's terrible for the USD to use these actions as justification for clamping down on the citizens of Vegeta. "Truly terrible," she mutters, "The actions of a few bad apples practically justifying the USD to do whatever they want with the saiyans? Truly despicable work there. I can't imagine having any sort of blanket hatred to that sort of degree." Well, that wasn't exactly true as Moire has her own biases against another kind of people, one that she does not wish to acknowledge...
Unfortunately, the conversation was coming to its conclusion as it seems as if Zaks needs to get back to work being a Queen and whatnot, what with her needing to make speeches and negotiate with politicians, or something along those lines. Moire won't claim that she completely understands how the government works, either Vegeta or Earth, though with Vegeta being ruled by a queen, it's at least a bit more straight forward. Moire grabs her hand and responds, "Oh I look forward to our next meeting, Zaks. Please, do take care of yourself." With Zaks heading deeper into the city herself, Moire decides to do the opposite, heading out towards the outskirts, and taking off from the city entirely, heading back to the wildlands for a bit more exploration.
